What’s the scariest movie you’ve ever seen? The Shining. It scared the crap out of me. And I had to put on a Pixar movie after that. WALL-E. I’m not kidding. - Pedro Pascal
“People die at their dinner tables. They die in their beds. They die squatting over their chamber pots. Everybody dies sooner or later. And don’t worry about your death. Worry about your life. Take charge of your life for as long as it lasts.” — Petyr Baelish
The quote by Petyr, almost right before Oberyn battles The Mountain couldn’t be anymore relevant or appropriate. Oberyn, as he said himself, never wanted to never see the world and die in the corner he was born - without having experienced all the beauty the world had to offer. He had never for a moment worried about his death, but worried about his life and wanting to ensure it was lived to the fullest, so long as he had his life for himself.
And he did. And he fought for his sister. And with the thrust of his spear he will have seized his justice soon; reminding the men and women of King’s Landing why he was named the ‘Red Viper’.
When you look at it like that, it gives me a little bit of closure, even despite how horrible Oberyn’s fate was in the end. Because he had done all he endeavoured to. His final task, complete in the moment of his death.

You’re always talking about what’s best for the club, Bobby. You leading is best. And with him at your left, we have a chance…I love you both so much.
#12: If I base my theories off of the show, I must endeavor to be a sadistic, moral-less asshole in order to get laid.
#13: Being the good guy only gets you killed, framed or betrayed.
#14: Nero Padilla is and always will be the greatest human being in the show.
#15: Sometimes I wonder if Jax hadn’t taken over as President and Clay had remained at the head of the table, things would be better. The corruption wouldn’t have taken Teller like it has and, as he had been, he could have made his plays from the shadows and as the V.P.
#16: Despite Charming being a fairly small town, it’s very rare to bump into someone you know on the street or in the main shopping center.
#17: Make sure to mislead Kurt Sutter of the characters you like and those you dislike. It will benefit you in the greater scale of things.
#18: Where Ron Perlman is the Gorilla, Mark Boone Jr. is the Baboon of Charming.
#19: Wendy’s been hit in the face far too many times.
#20: What ever happened to seeing Chapel conversations/votes unfold?
#21: Uncle Touchy is the greatest name ever integrated into the SOA world.
#1: Sometimes I try to be Tommy Flanagan, but then I realize, no matter how perfect I become, I will never be able to be Tommy Flanagan. Because Tommy Flanagan is too perfect and I am only border-line perfect.
#2: Ron Perlman is the closest look-alike to a gorilla in Hollywood, or, featured on television.
#3: Juice Ortiz’s bike has been destroyed more times than the cast has said ‘Jesus Christ’.
#4: Kurt Sutter will always write character deaths for those most beloved by the fan base, hence why he has warped Jax Teller into a psychopath pretty much absent of morals. Keeping him as he had been in Season 1 would pose keeping him in the Series until the end to be improbable if not impossible.
#5: Why aren’t bikers/old ladies in the real world not even remotely as good looking as the Sons of Anarchy Cast?
#6: It is a proven fact that, if your character does have a ponytail for more than one episode and are a male in the cast, your character will die. Do not attempt to escape this reality.
#7: Marrying Gemma Teller-Morrow may as well be the death sentence in a Court of Law. If this is not understood…. well…. shit….
#8: Bobby Munson is a bullet magnet.
#9: True love in Charming only lasts for a maximum of three Seasons, thereafter, your relationship is lasting on borrowed time.
